Where Great Educators Grow

Great educators never stop growing.

At CCDC, we believe early childhood education is more than a profession—it is an opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children, families, and fellow educators. We are committed to creating an environment where educators are supported, challenged, celebrated, and inspired throughout every stage of their careers.

Who Thrives at CCDC

The educators who thrive at CCDC share more than experience they share a mindset.

They are warm, collaborative, child-focused, and relationship centered. They believe children are capable, curious, and deserving of genuine respect. They approach each day with flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to embrace the unexpected, recognizing that some of the most meaningful learning begins with a child's idea.

They are passionate about early childhood education, committed to continual growth, and value teamwork, open communication, and supporting one another. Above all, they find joy in the work and believe there is no more meaningful profession than helping young children grow.

Why Educators Stay

Our teachers stay because of the relationships they build with children and families, the encouragement they receive from colleagues, and the sense of belonging that comes from being part of a close-knit community.

CCDC is fortunate to be guided by a deeply engaged Board of Directors that believes investing in educators is one of the most important investments a school can make. Competitive compensation, meaningful appreciation, ample classroom resources, beautiful learning environments, and collaborative leadership all contribute to a place where educators can build lasting careers.
