Prospective Families
Let's Get to Know Each Other
Choosing an early childhood program is about more than finding a school. It's about finding a community where your child will be known, your family will feel welcomed, and childhood will be celebrated every day.
We believe the best way to understand CCDC is to experience it. Every family's journey begins with a conversation, and we look forward to getting to know you, answering your questions, and sharing the community we've built together.

1
Submit an Inquiry
Complete our online inquiry form. Immediately after submitting it, you'll receive a link to schedule
a personal tour with our Director.
2
Visit CCDC
Every tour is personally led by our Director and includes every classroom, our shared community
spaces, and our outdoor learning environments. Families visit every classroom, regardless of
their child's age, to experience the full CCDC journey.
3
Join the Wait Pool
CCDC operates using a wait pool. Returning families confirm enrollment in December, and
beginning in February we begin reaching out to new families as availability becomes clear. This
thoughtful process allows us to intentionally build each classroom community.
4
Enrollment
When an enrollment opportunity becomes available, families receive an enrollment agreement
and establish two months of tuition in escrow, which is applied to a child's final two months at
CCDC. Throughout the process, we remain available to answer questions and support your
family.
What to Expect
School Hours
Monday–Friday
7:15 AM–5:30 PM
Enrollment
CCDC typically offers five-day enrollment to provide consistency for children and support long-term classroom planning.
School Calendar
The school year includes one week of closure during the December holidays, two weeks in August (one fully closed and one for teacher preparation), and observed federal holidays. Families can reference the annual calendar for specific dates.
Tuition & Resources
Families can access downloadable resources including the Tuition & Fee Schedule, Annual School Calendar, and Family Handbook on the Family Resources Page. We believe clear, accessible information helps families make informed decisions and are always happy to answer questions personally.
